Frequently Asked Questions

While I make every effort to accommodate allergies, my baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens. As a result, I cannot guarantee that they will be completely free from traces of allergens.

I can offer delivery within a 15km radius of Kew for an additional fee. I also offer collection at a pick up point within the Kew area at no additional cost.

For bars, cookies, cupcakes and muffins I recommend ordering a minimum 3 days in advance. For specialty cakes as can be found on my seasonal menu, I would suggest ordering a minimum 5 days in advance.

Unfortunately at this time I do not accept cash payment. I require a 50% deposit to be placed before I begin making your delicious baked goods. Currently I accept bank transfer, invoice and online card payments.
